Prove Identity Manager solution

The Prove Identity Manager solution provides phone risk change events based on the connection between an enrolled consumer ID and their phone number via webhook. Updates can include, but aren’t limited to, the following attributes:
  • Phone Number Disconnects
  • Phone Number Changes
  • Line Type Changes
  • Carrier Changes

Pain points

  • Inconsistent and Manual Monitoring: Lack of continuous monitoring causes customer friction in validating contact numbers, increases call center costs, and hinders customer outreach.
  • Verifying Customer Identity Linkages: Difficulty in authenticating customer identities and their data connections risks fraud and hinders personalized experiences.
  • Managing Dynamic Customer Attributes: Manual updates of customer attributes are time-consuming and error-prone.

Value drivers

  1. Enhanced Identity Certainty and Security: It provides a more robust and reliable way to confirm the true identity of individuals interacting with a business. This increased certainty minimizes the risk of fraud, unauthorized access, and account takeovers.
  2. Reduced Friction in Customer Interactions: Customers can quickly and easily verify their identity without lengthy forms or complicated procedures. This not only improves customer satisfaction but also reduces the time it takes to complete transactions and access services. The result is a more efficient and positive customer experience from the initial interaction onward.
  3. Improved Operational Efficiency: Manual processes are time-consuming, resource-intensive, and prone to error. This solution automates key steps, freeing up valuable staff time and reducing operational costs.
  4. Increased Trust and Safety in Customer Relationships: Establishing and maintaining trust is paramount in today’s business environment. This solution plays a crucial role in fostering trust and ensuring the safety of customer relationships. By providing a secure and reliable way to verify identities, it demonstrates a commitment to protecting customer information and preventing fraud. Customers feel more confident and secure knowing that their interactions are protected by robust security measures. This enhanced level of trust translates into stronger customer relationships, increased loyalty, and positive word-of-mouth. Moreover, by proactively mitigating risks and preventing fraudulent activities, this solution helps create a safer environment for both the business and its customers.
